  1. hi Jessie,

Thanks for not being mad for posting your nail photo on my blog, the http://craftandetc.info/2012/08/09/impressive-nail-art/ entry. I was just so impressed of your creativity. I looked at all your nail paintings they are gorgeous and you are good at that.

    1. That's okay, thanks heaps! I'm just trying to spread the word that if you show a picture of someone else's work you need to give them credit :)

  3. You're so good at these nail designs! :) I'm fourteen, and not the best at nail designs and such, but when I looked at your simple photo tutorials, I was able to make a lot of cool things on my nails, and they actually looked good! I was just wondering, have you done A Cheshire cat design? I'm new to your blog, so I'm not sure if you have. Also, can you make a tutorial for them if you have? I would really like to do them before semester 2 begins, which is next Tuesday. If that's too short of a deadline, It's okay :)

    1. Thank you! :) I'm glad my tutorials helped you! I haven't done a Cheshire cat design yet but it's a good idea! I'll try do it in time but may not be able to do a tutorial in my usual style - if not I'll take photos as I go so you can see how to do it.

  4. Hi Jessie
I posted this on your FB but i thought i might do it here as well.
My nails are peeling quite bad, so i was wondering if you had any ideas of how to fix that? it sucks coz when i try to paint them, they peel then it looks crappy.
Love what your doing with the nailart!

    1. Hi! I replied on facebook ages ago but I'll reply on here too in case it helps anyone else :). My nails used to peel really badly too, and I always had short nails because of it. Cuticle oil is the one product I will always stand by! It keeps your nails strong healthy. Water, air and nail polish remover dries out your nails which makes them break and peel easier, but cuticle oil (jojoba oil's the best, so check the ingredients before buying) gets into the layers of keratin and makes them tougher. Check out a website called Nail Care HQ - they really know what they're talking about, much more than me. With peeling nail polish I find that it's worse the more layers you put on - but sometimes with nail art you HAVE to do several layers. Opaque one-coaters are great :). Hope this helps, and thanks!
